We drew inspiration—for everything from the name of the neighborhood, to the name of the amenity spaces—from earth, water, air, and of course, metal elements. As our tagline playfully implies, life ‘In your element’ means that whatever your needs, you’ll find the perfect fit with our central location and lifestyle-driven amenities in perfect proportion. Within the signage, clubhouse, and the sales gallery interiors, we carried out the theme with areas such as Club Copper, Elements Pool Deck & Bar, and the Center in the Square outdoor fire pit.

Throughout the collateral, mixed-metal finishes and textures punctuate the idea of luxury without being over the top. The logo’s iconic square, a universally powerful element, wasn’t used in a standard way. Instead, the square—slightly abstracted, slightly askew—appears as if a sculpture, with the perfect weather-worn patina. The lustrous copper and foil-stamped paper package delivered an array of patina-inspired colors; teal green, plum, celadon, dark chocolate, and burnt orange. Imagery communicated to buyers the feelings of peace, permanence, comfort and luxury that go along with owning a home at Copper Square. However, the most powerful images were of the interiors themselves—fine unique finishes, craftsmanship, and design brought to life.Stony_Hill_Clubhouse_Back_dusk_F2 copy_4
